Cleaning of a broad variety of chemicals – experience and appropriate technology

The Czerwinski GmbH Tank Cleaning manages a broad variety of chemicals. The technical equipment includes process-controlled cleaning technics, safety measures in accordance with the legal specifications (e.g. explosion protection regulation), an exhaust gas suction system with subsequent activated carbon filter, and last but not least a state-of-the-art waste water plant (reconstruction in 2005).

The product specific cleaning process is carried out complying with the continuously actualised chemicals data bank (C-Bank). In exceptional cases decisions are made on the basis of the DIN-Safety Data Sheet of the respective product. The automated process control guarantees high safety with regard to the cleaning procedure und the cleaning result. Special requirements, like sterilisation of a tank, are no problem due to our elaborated systems technology.

The high quality standards of the Czerwinski GmbH are continuously surveyed and documented in the frame of SQAS Assessment (CEFIC).
