- Product identification and order placement
- Cleaning and other services carried out under controlled procedures and safety conditions with C-Bank® and digital process control system (IGF Bingen)
- Final inspection by staff and driver
- Confimation of the cleaning success by the driver
- Delivery note and ECD issued
